The practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization. ResponsibilitiesAssist the dentist during a variety of treatment proceduresSet up and breakdown operatory post treatmentTake dental radiographs (x-rays)Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipmentProvide patients with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment proceduresEducate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral healthPerform various office tasks as necessaryMinimum Education and ExperienceDental Assistant Certificate where state regulations specifyHigh School Diploma or equivalent
