Job Description
Heartland Home Health Care and Hospice a part of HCR ManorCare that provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy is searching for an experienced front office professional to fill the role as Receptionist/Team Coordinator. The Receptionist is responsible for creating a warm, responsive interaction between patients, families, customers and employees and meeting specific administrative needs of the home health and hospice operations. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure satisfaction. As the Receptionist, you are a member of the Administrative Team. The hours of the position are 8:30am-5pm Monday - Friday. Position requires courteously greeting visitors and directing visitors appropriately. Operating the phone system and training others for relief purposes. Efficiently processing incoming and outgoing calls. Filing, scanning and copying documents as needed.
