**Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world!****Job Title:**Solutions Analyst-Customer Care, Contact Center, Telephony**Cost Center:**113010 IS-Business Mgmt**Scheduled Weekly Hours:**40**Employee Type:**Regular**Work Shift:**Mon-Fri; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (United States of America)**Job Description:****JOB SUMMARY**This Solutions Analyst will have primary focus on **customer care, contact center, and telephony solutions** and will collaborate with IS and Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) business areas to ensure the successful implementation, optimization, maintenance and support of relevant applications and solutions needed to support the MCHS strategic and business imperatives. This individual will work directly with leaders and end-users and become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about core business functions, processes and workflows associated with MCHS lines of business and their contact center, customer care and contact center needs. The Solutions Analyst will communicate the current and potential capabilities of IT solutions and services, and work directly with Voice Engineers to ensuring proper workflow and configuration of the technology are reliable, effective and efficient **(to include Cisco** **, Calabrio, IVR etc...)**Primary work location, at this time, is from a personal home-office due to COVID pandemic, while travel to hospitals/centers may be needed.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS****EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**_For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._**Minimum Required:**+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related field, and one year in Solutions/Systems/Business Analyst role or related operational position.+ Associates degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related field, and three years in Solutions/Systems/Business Analyst role or related operational position.**Preferred/Optional:** Three years in Solutions/Systems/Business Analyst role or related operational position. **Customer Care, Contact Call center, telephony solutions.****CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES**_The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
