Job Description
**Description:** Participate in cross-functional review of process potential failure modes and effects analysis (process pFMEA) for Focus Area. Facilitate validation of control plan effectiveness for Focus Area. Facilitate torque recipe development for critical bolted joints. Facilitate new product development (NPD) process readiness and process audits for Focus Area. Facilitate engineering change notice (ECN) process readiness and audits for Focus Area. Monitor statistical process control (SPC) for Focus Area and facilitate correction when appropriate. Facilitate containment, problem analysis, and corrective action for Focus Area concerns. Report Balanced Score Card (BSC) metrics for Focus Area and facilitate actions to address gaps. Complete assigned actions to support strategic initiatives. **Skills:** fmea, qms, Quality engineering, Audit, gd&t, quality inspection, lean six sigma, pfmea **Top Skills Details:** 5+ years of experience with FMEA's (getting up and going) 5+ years working with Quality Management Systems (getting up and going) 3+ years of experience with mechnaical inspection tools such as calipers, thread gages, micrometers, pin gages, and indicators **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree within Engineering 5+ years of experience using mechanical inspection tools and techniques including: calipers, thread gages, micrometers, pin gages, and indicators. 3+ years working with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T). 5+ years of experience around pFMEA, QMS, 8D, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) * **Experience Level:** Intermediate Level **About Aerotek:** We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
