Description: Heartland Home Health Care a part of HCR ManorCare/ProMedica thatprovides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy is currently searching for a full-time, 32 hour/week Physical Therapist to support their home health patients. Excellent communication skills, and ability to develop and maintain rapport with clients and families.Educational Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution.
