Job Description
ACP is an industrial manufacturing facility in Meadville, PA has direct hire openings for Foundry Department Laborers to perform a variety of functions related to the processing of parts for their industrial manufacturing facility.

Essential Functions
- Shovel, clean, sweep, pile, transport waste, refuse and sand and other deposits in proper containers or receptacles
- Clean up under shaker conveyors, pallet car system and Hunter machine parts
- Transport various materials and supplies as required for the Foundry Department
- Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly
- Report problems to immediate supervisor
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team, influencing others through strong organizational skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail and observe all company safety standards
- Demonstrated ability to be an effective communicator with good listening skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred
- Basic Shop skills, such as using hand tools
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must be available for overtime as production needs require
- 1st shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
- 2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- 3rd shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
Pay rate:
- Base pay rate of $12.03/hr., 2nd and 3rd shift premium: $0.30
- 1st shift pay rate: $12.03
- 2nd shift and 3rd shift pay rate: $12.33
