Description: Are you looking for some extra hours and/or a flexible weekday schedule on a regular part-time basis (24 hrs/week) Do you like to care for your patients in a setting they love... home Heartland Home Health Care is currently searching for a part-time nurse to support their patients in their homes. For this role we are looking for a RN to provide visits to our patients in the Green Bay and surrounding areas. This position requires providing visits during the week day hours. Weekend On Call rotation only averaging every 6th weekend.As a RN you are responsible for the delivery of skilled nursing care and supportive services within the scope of the nurse's education and experience. Compliance with Heartland Corporate Standards and local, state, and federal laws, in an institutional setting, within the policies of the institution.
