Job Description
New Journey AI is currently seeking a Fleet Systems Operator with our client in their Chandler, AZ location. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate escalations from the production floor in accordance with the ES Escalation Protocols.
- Train and aid in GA certification for the new hires.
- Safety is our number one responsibility!
- On-shift Point of Contact for escalations from the production floor
- On-shift Point of Contact for driverless setup and staging
- Maintain open and constant lines of communication with Shift Managers
- Record all escalations accurately in the ES Tracker and driverless documents
- Serve as Bat Phone Point of Contact during Driverless hours
- Train new RADers on Client Angel procedures
- Locations and Schedule: Selected ES may be requested to change their scheduled shift days in order to ensure coverage on each shift in each location, including but not limited to working weekend shifts. There is a maximum capacity at each location and shift to ensure coverage to meet business needs.
- Expert RAD knowledge 60 Days as a Client Angel RADer with no infractions
- Full understanding of RAD best practices and escalation policies
- Excellent communication skills Superb performance record for the past 90 days.
- No more than 1 offense from the Updated RAD/RS Attendance Policy (effective 8/20)
- Complete knowledge of each portion of a driverless mission
- Scheduling Setup (Prep/SSBI) Staging (Final checks before engaging driverless)
- Escalation Specialists will be on a probationary period for the first 90 days in this role.
- Each ES will require Shift Manager sign off before being officially instated as an Escalation Specialist.
- Those that have previously received FS certification must meet requirements and apply in order to be considered as the Escalation Specialist position has new responsibilities.
- Able to work as a W2 employee of New Journey AI (no corp to corp)
