Job Description

We are ideally looking forcandidates who reside in or are willing and able to relocate to Tennessee. The position covers the entire state of Tennessee including: Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, Birmingham, Mobile, Jackson, Little Rock, and Louisville. Candidates must also be willing to travel overnight approximately 65% of the time.

What You Will Do:

  • Generate new sales from targeted new product introductions

  • Maintain and increase sales with current corporate account customers

  • Represent Ecolab in assigned customer relationships

  • Maintain an awareness of competitive, customer and industry conditions and report them to management

  • Able to conduct quarterly business reviews with customers

  • Able to lead special projects such as tests in customer locations


Basic Qualifications:

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree

  • 2+ years of experience in foodservice

  • 1+ years of outside sales experience

  • Availability for approximately 65% overnight travel

  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

  • No Immigration Sponsorship available


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business to Business sales experience

  • Ability to lead cross-divisional teams

  • Proven track record of achieving sales commitments

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully closing major deals with new corporate accounts

  • Seasoned Negotiator

  • Strong interpersonal, communications and listening skills

  • Results oriented and entrepreneurial with solid business instincts
