Now in our 4th generation of family ownership & operation, Grebe’s delivers a full line of fresh, old-fashioned bakery to over 150 locations daily. In addition to our home retail store in West Allis, you can find Grebe’s Bakery at your local Speedway, Sentry Foods, Kroger, Woodman’s Markets, select Piggly Wiggly stores, and many independently operated locations throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

- Working with dough to create Milwaukee's best donuts and bakery
- Accurately sort and organize dough onto screens in preparation for cooking process
- Finishing off bakery products with toppings, chocolate, powdered sugar, etc.
- Packaging of bakery items; some by hand and some with machinery
- Organizing wholesale customer orders while adhering to food handling guidelines
- Maintain a positive attitude adding to a productive environment
Skills and Qualifications:

- The ability to work independently as well as in a small group setting.
Bakers Assistant works from a standing position for great majority of shift. Bending, twisting, pushing and pulling required, as well as ability to lift 20 lbs. Must be able to work in hot environment. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Works Schedule
Part time schedule is typically 4 shifts per week, with a start time between 8am and 10am. Sundays are off days. Saturdays are scheduled along with 2 or 3 weekdays. Holidays may be scheduled.
