Principle Accountabilities:

• Ability to Supervise and coordinate department employees and tasks in a fast paced production environment overseeing FFG, Rotary and Flatbed die cut and other corrugated industry equipment.
• Knowledge of equipment functions related to the corrugated industry and the ability to train and be an asset to department employees in the areas of training and support.
• Mange and supervise all safety aspects of the production process while meeting production goals and key driver goals.
• Possess the ability to communicate well with management team and direct reports
• Completion of daily production reports and approvals for department
• Performs department personnel evaluations
• Performs other duties as assigned or required as a supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous supervisory experience or leadership training
• Demonstrate supervisory skills of leadership, direction, and planning.
• Ability to work any shift.
• Above average computer skills and customer service intelligence capabilities required.
• Must be able to travel as necessary and authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Flexo-Rotary Die Cutter experience.
• Supervisory experience in corrugated industry.
