Hatch Staffing is currently hiring machine operators in the Milwaukee Area! We are looking for candidates with machine operating or blending experience. There are several different locations and shifts available. These positions will not require in-person visits to our office as we are currently conducting phone/video interviews due to current changes/circumstances.

Responsibilities include:

• Pull raw materials from the warehouse for production operator use when producing batches
• Follow specific batch instructions per production cycles
• Weighing and measuring of different ingredients and materials
• Complete the cleaning and sanitizing of the production room and tanks
• Accurately complete cleaning records and other documentation
• Perform other tasks as assigned by plant supervision.
• Prepares packaging goods for the filling of finished goods or bulk materials (canisters, pouches, bottles, cartons, bags, drums, totes) according to work instructions.
• Takes necessary samples for QC testing and for customer pre-shipment samples as needed.

• 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay rate:

• $15/hr+
