Responsibilities:
1.Completes loan level administrative tasks within the loan origination and related systems
2.Manages the lending department's general email/fax mailboxes to assist lending personnel with loan related correspondence
3.Coordinates and attributes borrower supporting documents and assists the loan officers by linking them to the appropriate loan files
4.Enters necessary loan related information into pending applications
5.Assists and answers related incoming phone calls and communicates status updates for active loan applications
6.Monitors lending voice mail systems and routes calls to appropriate person or department
7.Performs internal lending support related tasks as assigned
8.Collaborates with the lending team and works effectively in a team-oriented environment
9.Comply with all Federal Regulations as they pertain to your job duties, including BSA
10.Performs other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
1.High School Degree required; Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
2.One year of successful experience in a related financial services or administrative position preferred
3.Demonstrated success in a customer service role
4.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
5.Ability to work in a fast paced, productive environment, and prioritize work
6.Experience working with mainframe and PC software, Windows environment, Word, and the ability to use the internet effectively
