Landscape Installation Crew Member

Job Description
At Villani Landshapers, Landscape Construction Crew Members are self-motivated individuals with a passion for the landscape industry who are interested in learning and growing their skills. Crew Members who prove themselves may have the opportunity for advancement to Crew Leader if interested.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Under the direct supervision of a Crew Leader, perform assigned landscape construction tasks on a job site on a daily basis, including installation of soil, compost, mulch, plants, drain tile, retaining wall block and pavers.
- Operates landscape construction equipment including
- Bed edger
- Sod cutter
- Skid steer
- Chainsaw
- Tiller
- Follows all applicable safety rules
- Properly operates and maintains all equipment used on jobsites on a daily basis
- Ability to perform physical labor continually for up to 12 hours a day, in a variety of changing weather conditions
- Adheres to company policies and procedures
- Basic landscaping knowledge
- Bilingual a plus
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with ability to maintain an insurable driving record is required
- Hourly pay starting at $15+ per hour based on experience
