Reporting to the Business Solutions Manager, the Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, debugging and maintaining technical documentation supporting current and future Wagner corporate websites. Daily collaboration with cross functional teams, with ranging technical backgrounds, requires effective communication skills. This role provides the opportunity to participate in product decisions, strategy and design to influence technical direction. Must have the ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead website development workstreams, from requirements collection through the development, testing, troubleshooting and deployment of current and future web applications.
Develop and validate UAT plans to ensure successful unit testing on all supported browsers and devices, in all environments.
Use scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications and digital media.
Understanding of security protocols and models for web-based applications and development framework.
Create and maintain documentation of website and related platforms and systems
Conversing with non-technical teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs and develop content criteria.
Work in a team environment in supporting the team goals and improving web development best practices.
Help and lead the team to develop milestones, deliverables and establish delivery timelines of a given set of features

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Web development or related field, or relevant experience and 3+ years professional experience.Proficient in development
using the Microsoft .NET Framework and C#
Proficient in HTML, CSS, XML and JavaScript
Proficient in SQL
Understanding of web-based communication protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, etc.
Previous experience with CMS development is considered a plus
Exposure to ecommerce platform development with an integration to a CMS/ERP
Previous experience SEO optimization and customer usability
