Extension is seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative for a Direct-Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI

What You’ll Impact at Our Client

As the Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for fulfilling the customers’ needs to ensure complete satisfaction in addition to playing an important role in attracting potential customers by answering product questions.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma required – Associates degree in Business or Marketing preferred
• 3+ years of customer service experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience in a sales or technical department a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
