Our growing company manufactures and distributes critical components for a wide range of industries.  Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing is seeking a highly motivated CNC Machining Operator to join our growing manufacturing team that strives to be the best in the industry.

2nd Shift - Four 10-hour days (Monday through Thursday)


We are privately-held, stable, and successful company that produces and distributes innovative products for a variety of customers.  The CNC Machining Operator will perform daily setup and operations of CNC mills or turning centers.

A High School Diploma/GED equivalent required and one or more years experience operating CNC metal machining mills or lathes is a plus.  This is a great growth opportunity for the right candidate looking to join our growing team.  We are looking for a dedicated manufacturing professional with a sincere desire to go that extra mile for the customer.  Our team will train and provide support to ensure your success!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures on CNC machining equipment.
  • Setup and operate CNC machining equipment.
  • Perform some machine alignment procedures and machine zero home procedures to keep equipment at peak operating performance.
  • Able to troubleshoot machine problems.
  • Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent attendance and a positive, “can do” attitude.

THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED:
  • Previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • One or more years of CNC machine operating experience.
  • CNC programming experience.
