CNC Machine Operator

ESC has partnered with a leading, one-source contract manufacturer of plastic and metal parts, components and assemblies, based out of Menomonee Falls in search of a CNC Machine Set-up Person.  This is a 1st shift role with hours that are flexible between 5am-3pm.  Candidates will be expected to operate CNC machines using work orders, blueprints, necessary fixtures and tooling.  They perform inspection as required by the quality department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Determine requirements from work order blueprints and other custom supplied data.
• Inspect parts per print specifications and inspection intervals determined by the Quality department.
• Continually look for ways to improve on machining and running the overall job.
• Perform visual inspection at all times.
• Attend company courses and assist on project teams when asked.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 1 years machining experience and blueprint reading.
• Must be capable of reading and understanding requirements on work orders.
• Prior experience with Shoda routers, CNC routers, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or CNC Saws
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
