The Lighting Support Specialist provides primary technical lighting product support for the Sales Department and secondary product pre- and post-sale support for customers, including customer consultation for system specification, integration and operation. Coordinates vendor and manufacturer training sessions. Creates and conducts lighting training seminars for internal sales associates and occasionally end users and provides backup for professional Audio and Video categories as directed by the Technical Training & Sales Development Manager.
Requirements for this position include:
Minimum of three years of professional lighting design and troubleshooting experience
Minimum of two years of training/teaching experience
Advanced computer skills required; experience utilizing a Learning Mgmt System and virtual classroom training platform a plus
