iCare seeks a self-directed IT intern to assist the IT department with various projects and tasks.
IT Intern Duties and Responsibilities
Review Help Desk Tickets and assist in resolving reporting and application issues
Help Desk Ticket cleanup/analysis
Application maintenance activities - Data Dictionary and Artifacts
IT site migrations/SharePoint
Assist with preparation for SSRS upgrade; clean up of existing reports and issues mitigation
Ad hoc SQL analysis
SSIS (for non-time sensitive)
Internet/Intranet Web Site updates
Documentation
EA Model/lists of interfaces to external systems
Meta data
Mapping
Requirements documents
Test plans
Testing
Experience and Skills:
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems & Technology
Minimum GPA 3.0
Strong computer skills including a good working knowledge of MS Office
Strong organizational and listening skills
Ability to keep track of and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented
Ability to juggle a high volume of work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and creative thinker
Ability to take initiative on multiple projects
