What You Do.
  • Analyze data and trends to recommend potential new sales opportunities for the Food Service and Ingredients division
  • Support inside sales activities -- new item set up, customer request fulfillment and cross functional collaboration
  • Support strategic customer presentations and meetings -- McDonalds, Buffalo Wild Wings, Pizza Hut, Hormel, Tyson and others
  • Manage your own book of business via proactive direct customer engagement and responsive customer service under the supervision
  • of an experienced sales director

Your Education and Experience.


Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or other related field having completed junior year by May 2020.

Your Qualifications.
  • Passion for learning and growing in the sales field
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Strength with strategic and analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

  • Paid internship/co-op experience; competitive with national intern/co-op compensation rates.
  • Housing provided, if qualified. Must follow corporate housing policy, which does not allow pets.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle required. There is not mass/public transit system to/from corporate housing location to company locations.
  • Opportunity may include travel by plane, train, rental car, and/or hotel. Personal credit card and cell phone with unlimited data required. Travel and expenses will be reimbursed.
  • Mentoring, career development and community service experiences along with company-wide and county-wide intern social activities and events.
  • Summer hours with half day Fridays.
  • Located in the middle of Milwaukee and Green Bay in Wisconsin; close to Lake Michigan.
