Gundersen Health System is seeking a full time Family Medicine practitioner to join our Holmen Family Medicine Clinic. Holmen Clinic is looking for an experienced team-oriented clinician who provides full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine.

Practice:

*No call

*Joining a team of 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians and a MD

*1:1 MA per clinician

*Outreach to the Galesville Clinic

*Coverage for one nursing home

*EMR- Epic

*The clinic includes a lab and x-ray services
