We're the Digital Automation and Channel Operations Team at HP-and we need you. You are energetic and eager to put your leanings/skills into creating well-organized, persuasive, and delightful digital experiences.

In Digital Automation & Channel Operations, we deliver dynamic and seamless Digital sales experiences driving sales efficiencies for HP. We are looking for an enthusiastic intern who wants to blend creativity and technology to make the communications we deliver to our partners and stakeholders go beyond the ordinary presentations and become digital works of art! As the UI/UX Design intern, you will be partake in a variety of exciting projects including the creation of a new communication framework. This intern role will support our Digital program leads with innovative communication mediums to help in the creation of excitement for the various digital programs we offer our hp sales reps and channel partners. It requires someone who is talented, passionate about clarity in design, and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities


The UI/UX Design Intern will determine the best ways for us to represent a myriad of programs-from our innovative Chatbot, to our transformation initiatives, to our multiple digital programs. It's very much a people-oriented job, involving development of specific design solutions, selection of the right tools and execution of several proof of concepts to help us decide the right path forward.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to communicate creative solutions with confidence, ease and clarity.
  • Collaborates with a content strategist, writers, program owners and colleagues throughout the corporation to ensure world-class communications
  • Ability to manage time and reliable deliverables
  • Thorough knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Flash, and HTML.
  • Understanding of browser/platform constraints as they affect online design.

Qualifications

  • Strong English language written and verbal communication skills
  • Graphic Design
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Photoshop
  • Javascript experience is a plus
  • Ability to work as part of a team
