The Job is loading and unloading fixtures with castings
Each fixture holds 4-12 castings
.
Each casting weighs 1-2lbs.
He or She will stand in front of 2 loading stations and load fixtures that a vehicle puts in and takes out.
70% of fixture loading will be the same 20 castings over and over.
He or She will check and gauge finished parts.
The job requires good hand-eye coordination and multitasking skills.
Depending on the person - Takes a few weeks to have a good understanding of the job.
willing to train a younger person right out of HS too.
This is for 2nd shift: 5 pm – 2:30 am – Monday – Friday
