Job Goals:
Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, the Engineering Intern will support EHS, Engineering and Quality through various projects.
Key Projects may include:
- Maintenance Work Instructions - Work with maintenance team to improve operating procedures for routine PMs and equipment start-ups.
- World Class Manufacturing - Work with Engineering on WCM projects for Early Equipment Maintenance, Industry 4.0 and 5S.
- Quality Department Documents and Specification - Organizing and revising current work instructions, SOPs and other controlled documents in custom machine area.
- Quality Department Testing and Product Improvement Projects - Documentation of camera inspection results, Gage R&R testing, support of electronic filing project and management of GDP improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- College Student currently enrolled in an engineering discipline with strong performance.
- Minimum completion of 1 year of curriculum courses.
- Disciplines of Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer & Systems Engineering or similar course of study.
