The Talent Management Department (TMD) provides quality services in functional areas, including human resources, organizational development, employee performance, diversity and inclusion, and recruiting. TMD at GTRI seeks a summer intern to assist with projects related to recruiting, marketing, and business processes for the organization. Duties may include:

  • Gathering information for and creating drafts of marketing materials to include presentations, flyers, online posts, and handouts for programs
  • Assisting with career fair/recruiting event planning and preparation
  • Utilizing Vizio and/or Excel to produce business process flows and analysis
  • Reviewing communications for grammar/syntax
  • Posting employment opportunities to external job boards
  • Assisting with data gathering and formatting
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Minimum Qualifications

Intern

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Design preferred.
  • 2.0 or higher cumulative GPA
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with graphic design concepts and software (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience with Vizio and Excel
  • Experience in event planning and organization
  • Ability to ability to communicate information in a variety of formats accurately, clearly, and as intended
Hours per Week

20-40 hours per week
