As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be filling growth positions for our sales teams in Milwaukee and Minneapolis along with other key roles as needed. We are looking for someone who is results oriented, excels at relationship-building, and has a passion for finding top-tier talent. This position is part-time for 20 hours per week.
 

• Source, develop and build talent pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future positions.
• Support the recruitment process through diverse sourcing strategies, research alternative methods, and make recommendations
• Screen and assess candidates for background and skills
• Consult with hiring leaders on innovative sourcing practices and effective talent planning decisions serving as their sourcing subject matter expert
• Develop a strategy for candidate pipeline development and sourcing by utilizing all available tools, including enhancing our current career website, social media, job boards, recruiting tools, and agencies
• Consult and partner with business leaders and/or Corporate Recruiter on proactive sourcing strategies to support workforce planning for critical roles
• Integrate company core values into sourcing process
• Assist with other duties as assigned related to talent acquisition

• A Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 5 years equivalent relevant experience
• 1 - 2 years of sourcing experience
• Proven experience sourcing sales talent
• Proven experience using sourcing tools and systems including ATS’s, social media recruitment tools, and job databases
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: friendly, tactful, good negotiator, ability to influence others
• Proven analytical skills and ability to work with tools, metrics, data, and trends to drive performance and provide insights for senior leadership
