Job Description
1st and 2nd Shift Available
$13-14/hr depending on experience
A good machine operator/set up person for this role – this is running automated assembly machines. They set it up which is not
difficult but need some type of set up
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Responsible for operation and set up of production equipment in assigned cells.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsible for quality of assembly by ensuring correct components are used. Incumbent is required to use samples, charts, and other information to ensure correct product to specifications.
Responsible for monitor inventory levels of components. Incumbent is responsible to ensure materials are available at work centers for continuous work flow.
Responsible for maintaining cleaned and safe workplace in line with company
standards.
Responsible for maintaining a work output level to approved standards.
Responsible to maintain an orderly management of all equipment , tools, and spare parts.
Must be proficient in the use of adjustable measuring devices, rulers, scales, gages, and fixtures.
Responsible for in-process inspection and documentation of their work and work others to ensure quality of production parts.
Responsible to occasionally transport items that may weigh more than 35 pounds.
Are required to work in a group environment.
EQUIPMENT USED
Nonpower material movement equipment, hand powered material movement equipment.
TOOLS USED
Hand tools, measuring instruments, and gauges
