As a Sales Pro you will:

  • Help solve business challenges to deliver what's needed to keep businesses running and customers satisfied
  • Use a consultative and customer-first sales approach when offering products and services. No high pressure sales...we're all about uncovering needs and providing what will make businesses better
  • We'll give you all the tools you need for success. Paid training, technology, sales process, and expert coaching. You bring the Will and we'll teach you the Skill.
  • With the number of clients we work with, we're sure we have the perfect fit for you. We have numerous roles in Account Management, Team Sell, Appointment Setting, and Inbound Sales serving customers in the Health Care, Financial Services, Logistics, and Consumer Packaged Goods industries among others. We also have a variety of shifts available for added flexibility and full & part time offerings.

  • Master of the keyboard, mouse, and 2 computer monitors - Multi-tasking between multiple systems and screens to ensure customers are getting what we promised.

    • Our Sales Pros earn base pay plus monthly performance bonus. Unlike many other jobs where you're locked into your base pay, at West Revenue Generation Services you'll get out what you put in on a monthly basis. We reward hard work and want you to write your own check.
    • On average, our Sales Pros earn $33,000 ($15.87 per hour) in their first 12-months. The top 20% of our team earns $45,000 ($21.63 per hour). Our overall top performers earn $60,000 to $65,000 ($28.85 to $31.25).
    • Sales Pros can also earn additional incentives (TVs, gift cards, shopping sprees, tablets) for excellent sales performance or quality achievements and can be part of our elite STAR Club and Presidents Club
