The Project Sales Manager will drive new and existing business development within the multifamily, hospitality, and senior living channels. The focus will be on new construction & renovation business with the primary objective of driving business through distribution. The right individual will balance closing immediate sales with driving specifications to convert long-term project sales. Candidate should reside in a growing market with access to a large airport.

Develop multifamily business within the United States
Target and close new business development opportunities
Drive new construction & renovation project sales nationwide
Drive hospitality sales nationwide
Manage existing accounts & grow their business
Work with Channel Marketing Manager & Sales teams to help support new sales initiative
Understand the benefits and challenges of a sourcing organization and grow sales significantly, but scalably
Call on interior designers to secure specifications
Manage leads and customer information using Salesforce.com
Build distribution relationships to drive hospitality & project renovations
Deliver sales target annually
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Five to seven years Sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with MS Office specifically Excel
High level of self structure
Ability to close high-value projects
