You will be supporting a large team or coordinators –
- Acting as a gatekeeper - serve as the first line of communication for phone and e-mail correspondence.
- Take notes and meeting minutes, help with agendas and assist with project based work.
- You will be advanced in MS Office Suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Must have a minimum of 5+ years of administrative experience.
- Must have healthcare experience or exposure to medical terminology.
- Most importantly you must have the capabilities to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone who is driven and wants to learn and keep growing.
