Job Description
Immediate need for Customer Service Representatives for a direct hire position with a growing manufacturer in Germantown, WI. This career position a starting pay rate range of $19-20 per hour.
Responsibilities (not limited to)
-Assisting customer service and sales teams on various tasks and projects
-Providing product support to customers and distributors
-Educating customers on products
-Using computer systems to manage orders and pricing
-Maintaining relationships with existing customers and building relationships with new customers
Skills and Qualifications
-High School diploma and 2 years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
-Excellent verbal and written communication ability
-Demonstrated ability to politely communicate with customers
-Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
-Experience using SAP systems
