Beer Capitol Distributing in Sussex, WI is now hiring for 2nd Shift Warehouse Associates. This position is responsible for handling and picking orders for delivery.
Compensation
$14.50/hour includes shift premium. After successful training period, compensation increased to $16.50/hour + incentives. Our 2nd shift warehouse employees average 40-50 hours per week with time and a half for hours worked over 40.
Responsibilities
- Accurately locating and picking beer products for orders
- Building correct pallet orders with picked beer products
- Use voice picking program to ensure speed and accuracy when picking beer products
- Drive riding pallet jacks and forklifts consistently throughout shift
Skills and Abilities
- Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is preferred but not required
- 2nd shift experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds on a consistent basis and up to 175 pounds on an occasional basis
