Customer Service/Account Specialist

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for working on the business end with existing customers assisting them with their order from start to finish. This would include quoting and estimating, follow up on logistics and problem solving issues that arise on orders or shipments. You will be trained on their products and process.
Targeting 3-5 years of customer service experience with strong knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
