Angie Froistad, assistant director of the College of Science and Engineering Career Center at the University of Minnesota, discusses the advantages a student gains from some detailed preparation. Angie tells Tim Muma that putting in some extra work ahead of time to learn the industry and organizations involved will give students an edge over the competition, and the inside track to a new job.
