This part-time (30 hours per week) position is critical in providing an outstanding experience to our blood donors at our Wauwatosa Donor Center. The experience we provide all of our donors requires you to anticipate and exceed their needs and expectations. Each interaction must exceed the expectations of our highly loyal and committed donors. In this position, you will:

* Perform accurate medical interviewing

* Determine donor eligibility

* Perform venipunctures

* Assure donor and recipient safety

Required minimum qualifications include:

• Training in phlebotomy
  
• EMT-I, LPN
  
• Medical Assistant
  
• Medical Laboratory Technician or Dialysis Technician
  
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
  
• High school diploma

Salary Range Minimum: $12.70/hr (Starting salaries are based on the job requirements and candidates qualifying education and experience.)

Shift / Hours: 1st Shift / Variable hours

Training Schedule: Training is 40 hours/week for 6 weeks at our headquarters.
