Job Description |

Primary responsibility is to assist the manager in overseeing the daily operations of the second and third shift in the Telecom Call Center. Provides training and direction to Telecommunications Call Center staff in the absence of management. Operates various systems to support and coordinate call handling and placement, paging, alarm and emergency condition responses. Audits coding of invoices completed by Telecommunications Assistant in absence of Manager. Acts as Hospital operator when needed. Requires basic writing, reading and arithmetic skills usually acquired through completion of high school or equivalent. Good visual acuity and typing skills of 35 words per minute. Six months group or team leadership experience required. |

Operates various systems to support and coordinate call handling and placement, paging, alarm and emergency condition responses. Audits coding of invoices completed by Telecommunications Assistant in absence of Manager. Acts as Hospital operator when needed. Six months group or team leadership experience required. Hours are 4 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. - weekends and holidays required. |
