* Experience planning and organizing weddings and other social events
* Possess a strong focus on client service, entrepreneurship and growing a strong business
* Supervise the catering staff including the set up crew, wait staff and bartenders
* Work with the sales department on proposals
* Provide guidance to clients in menu planning and facility layout
* Booking and overseeing weddings and social events for up to 400 people
* Occasional bookings of corporate and other events should be expected



The ideal candidate will possess a relevant Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience in food service or hospitality, preferably in a supervisory role. Outstanding organizational, time management and negotiation skills are essential. Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
