Position Description
Heartland Home Health Care has an exciting opportunity for a PRN OT to join our established, growing home care agency in Brookfield. This position will support our home care patients located in Waukesha, Milwaukee and surrounding counties.
OTs provide treatment and OT evaluation within an interdisciplinary care delivery aproach. They must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, good problem solving and decision making skills, at least 6 months institutional experience, home care experience is preferred, bu not required. A Bachelor's or Master's in occupational therapy and current licensure in WI is required.
