We areseeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, assertive professional to join our teamas a Branch Manager. This individual must possess strong communication, customerservice, and interpersonal and sales skills. As the Branch Manager, the primaryresponsibilities will include:

1) Effectively managing the day-to-day operations and achieving the growthobjectives established by the Guaranty Bank Family of Companies for this branchoffice
2) Managing the branch staff to achieve the established goals by building acohesive and effective team
3) Developing and coaching staff, creating a motivating environment andrecognizing success of employees
4) Ensuring compliance with appropriate bank, regulatory and legal requirements
5) Developing and promoting good community relations and understanding GuarantyBank products as well as seeking information regarding currentpolitical/economic events and their impact on the financial industry and ourcustomers.


Thisqualified candidate must have a minimum of two years of sales management orbanking management experience with a proven track record of holding directreports accountable for meeting/exceeding sales goals. Must be able to lift upto 50 pounds. Our successful Branch Managers are energetic, self-motivated, andinitiate innovative approaches to the marketing effort.
