We areseeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, assertive, professional individual tojoin our team as a Sales Associate to meet or exceed sales goals. Thisindividual must be outgoing with a sales oriented personality and possesssuperior customer service skills. As the Sales Associate, the primaryresponsibilities will include:

1) Being available for our customers when needed including evenings and weekends
2) Performing in-aisle sales by strategically promoting and selling GuarantyBank products and services
3) Serving, selling and following up with customers in a friendly, confident andknowledgeable manner
4) Initiate and open new accounts
5) Performing transactions accurately in accordance with bank policies
6) Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required for Consideration

•Must have a minimum of 6 months of previous sales, customer service orcash handling experience

•Proven track record in incentive based retail sales is highly desired

•Must be 18 years of age

•Must possess a High School diploma or Equivalent

•Must be available to work evenings and weekends

•Must be reliable and have high personal integrity

•Must be energetic and self-motivated

•Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills

•Bilingual is a plus in some markets

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
