| PRIMARY FUNCTION: Services and retains existing and prospective client needs and provides assistance to Personal Bankers and Branch Manager as needed. The incumbent is expected to answer questions regarding bank products and services while recognizing selling and referral opportunities. Must have working knowledge of policies, procedures, and practices in retail banking with a focus on servicing client needs. | Provides quality, personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction. Assists bankers and branch manager with service matters. Provides referrals to other areas of the bank. Has a strong working knowledge of products, policies and procedures, (this position does not have sales goals). Specialized Skills Include: 2-3 years in customer service, professional appearance, strong communication skills, multiline telephone, typing 35 wpm, 10-key, customer service, PC skills/word processing. Hours for this position: Varied; Monday Friday (between the hours of: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and alternate Saturdays. |
