Our client is seeking a customer service focused individual to work within their call center. This company is one of the priemer financial institutions in Milwaukee.

The particular opportunity is a temp to hire position where, initially, you will be working in the credit shield department. The first two months will consist of activing credit cards and assisting customers who have locked themselves out of their online banking accounts. Once you are hired on as a permanent employee this position will become a personal banker role where you will have the opprotunity to not only help customers but also cross-sell the innovative products that this company offers. As a personal banker you are given specific goals to achieve and will earn incentives once you exceed those goals.

Quailified Candidates will have:
At least 2 years of customer service experience
At least 2 years of sales experience
Goal oriented individual

Banking experience preferred
