The Performance Learning Specialist works collaboratively as a member of the Education Division Design & Development Department to create quality performance-based learning solutions for the organization. The Performance Learning Specialist works with the Curriculum Delivery staff to ensure the effective coordination and integration of curriculum development with curriculum delivery functions.
