Under the general direction of the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer, responsible for the overall marketing and communications efforts for the agency with a primary focus on the agencies 160th anniversary in 2010; assists in the planning, development and maintenance of marketing and communications program, develops positive opportunities for media exposure, develops communication materials, and maintains the agencies website.

Must possess demonstrated leadership success in non-profit marketing and communications through 5-7 years of progressive, professional experience; bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications required along with strong organizational abilities and a high degree of motivation.
