We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, professional individual tojoin our team as a HERO. As a HERO, the primary responsibilies will include:
1) Assisting branches within the region in sales volume 2) Lead the region towards success by mentoring and assisting in the developmentof SA’s and PB’s 3) Supervise and lead a branch when covering for staff shortages. 4) Opening/closing multiple branch locations as needed. 5) Supervising and motivating others. 6) Assist the region to achieve and surpass goals by use of effective crossselling, in aisles and off site opportunities 7) Conducting transactions for customers in a professional and accurate manner. 8) Ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times. 9) Provide outstanding customer service to all bank customers. 10) Other projects or duties as necessary.
The qualifications for the HERO position include the following:
• Recommended a minimum or equivalent of one-year Personal Bankerexperience. Six months required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Have the aspiration to advance within the company.
• Must have dependable transportation to commute from branch to branch asnecessary.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Possess outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to train and mentor others.
• Possess strong operational and sales skills.
• Adapt to change in schedule when required and environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have valid drivers license and proof of insurance.
