Fiduciary Real Estate Development is currently seeking a groundskeeper to be responsible for all seasonal care of grounds, trees, shrubs, parking lots and walkways at our Green Bay property.

Duties to include:
- Check all lights, exit signs, smoke detectors/fire alarms once a month
- Knowledgeably use insecticides, fertilizers and herbicides
- Mow and trim lawns
- Reseed lawns and replant trees, flowers, shrubs, water lawn and plants
- Pick up debris on grounds daily
- Snow removal
- Light maintenance (painting, carpet cleaning)

Hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 12pm.
