Job Description:

Under functional guidance, responsible for providing leadership, direction and guidance to the entire finance company, including the home office and branches. The President will set goals relative to positive growth and profitability to the company, in addition to developing marketing plans and training programs, ensuring the short and long-term profitability of the company, equitable treatment and development of staff, and the maintenance of community relationships.

Minimum Education: Bachelors degree.

Minimum Experience: Ten plus years in the financial sales industry, in addition to three plus years of leadership experience.
