JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE:
This position involves administrative job duties in a university financial services department. The
position reports to the Director of Financial Services.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Filing
Financial Aid Filing
Maintain organization in Financial Aid filing systems
Mailings
Loan disbursement notification letters
Grades (every term)
Tuition increase notifications
Assist with testing and applicant screening for new positions
Assist in organization of company policies and procedures
System Financial Aid policy binder
Online Campus specific policy binder
Student handbook
Take/Type meeting minutes
Directors of Financial Services conference calls
Financial Services Team Leader meetings
Online Financial Aid meetings
Departmental timesheet approval in ADP
Handle overnight mailings
Schedule/book meeting rooms for departmental use
Room set up for meetings (projector, white board, seating, etc.)
Phone calls to other schools to follow up with requested documentation
Send out satisfaction surveys to student population
Maintain Corporate Financial Aid filing system for campus information
PPAs
ECARs
Policy binders
Disclosures
OTHER DUTIES:
Other administrative tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Attention to detail, organization and administ
rative skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Administrative experience and college degree preferred.
