Job Description:
Duties:
Provides a friendly voice of ProHealth Care to consumers calling for assistance and presents a positive, personable and professional image to callers at all times. Effectively, efficiently and professionally assists consumers and patients in selecting ProHealth Care aligned physicians via phone.
Captures consumer demographic information (name, address, e-mail etc.) during each and every call and enters into LVM database.
Cross-sells classes and events of interest/strategic focus during physician referral calls.
Assists outside physician referral firms to ensure smooth and seamless transfer of service, as needed.
Assists Marketing Specialist in execution of follow-up physician referral and class enrollment letters and e-mails, as needed.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience necessary, preferably call center experience. Associate degree. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience working in a database or customer relationship management system. Desire to learn new skills, enhance existing skills and gain new knowledge a must. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Previous health care experience preferred.
